The Women’s Committee is dedicated to empowering and supporting women within the Sheet Metal Workers Union and the broader community. Our mission is to inspire more women to join our union while creating meaningful opportunities for leadership, growth, and professional development.
We work collaboratively to plan events, advocate on issues that impact women, and strengthen female representation in every area of decision-making. Through outreach, education, and community engagement, we strive to foster an inclusive environment where women support one another, feel valued and respected, and are inspired to lead with confidence and purpose.
